  I Have used this office since 2010. It seems to get more disorganized every year. I have an 11:00 appointment that I showed up early for. It is now 11:25 and I am still waiting. I will not be coming back here next year.

  Called the business for tax assistance and was advised that they could provide the service needed. I explained that all I needed was the service and question and was assured that it would not be a problem. Rushed into the business to have this done except when I got there the story had changed, they could provide the service but only if I had them prepare other services for me. I believe the UCC (Uniform Commercial Code) highlights this as textbook "Bait and Switch" and is very frowned upon. At the end of the day I decided that if these people are willing to run their business so unethically they probably dont adhere to GAP (General Accounting Principles) and they are not the sort of business I want to place my business, confidence, trust, and security in.
