- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Local at a circle K used my card several times over a six month period. Started first once a month for 15.05. Didnt really catch it considering I go to circle K all the time. The month of Nov and Dec and Jan. they charged my card five times each month for the 15.05 thats when I picked up on. I reported it to my bank. Wells fargo reburnisted me $45. When I called to ask why they didnt refund me for the remaining amount. I was told they were protecting the merchant. Not protecting me there customer. I was told thats all they would refund me for. So if you want a bank who pertects the mechant and not the customer Wells Fargos the bank for you.By Leighana Bueno, September 15, 2017
