- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I came to the bank was somewhat of an emergency. I needed to give money to someone to help them pay rent so I needed to make sure some checks I deposit it cleared. So I went to the bank during the day taking time off of work to try to ask somebody when the checks will clear or if I can get them to clear early because they were checks from a Bank of America account which they can verify the balance on the account there were depositing from go into my Bank of America account. After waiting almost an hour to speak with a manager of the bank she just like the person on the phone that called guarantee that the checks will clear after 5 which was after when the Bank closed and the next day was 4th of July. It seemed like she was trying to rush me out of the bank which she was. And in the end the check never cleared and I would have had to wait till after 4th of July and it would have caused the whole bunch of problems for me when all the bank manager had to do was just clear the funds right away. The only good part of the story was I called somebody on the phone with the bank at the 1-800 number who helped me instead of the bank manager very bad customer service here. I will remove this review when someone contacts me but they probably won't.By John Gregory, March 15, 2017
